State Senator Jil Tracy, State Representative C.D. Davidsmeyer, Jacksonville Mayor Andy Ezard, and Elm City Center invite the community to a Free Shred Day on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 9:00–11:00 a.m. at Elm City Center, 1314 W. Walnut St. in Jacksonville.

Bring personal or business documents for secure destruction and recycling. Cardboard, newspaper, clean and dry paper, and documents containing staples or paperclips are accepted. Magazines and glossy paper cannot be accepted.

The event is free and open to the community.
