State Senator Jil Tracy and the Illinois Secretary of State’s Office have teamed up to bring a Mobile DMV to Carrolton City Hall on Monday, September 22, 2025 from 10AM-2PM.

License Plate Renewal Stickers

Organ & Tissue Donor Registration (with License or ID application only)

Special Notes for Seniors:

Seniors 65 and older – No charge for a State ID

Seniors 79 and older – Must visit a Secretary of State Driver Services facility to renew a driver’s license
