On March 8, I had the opportunity to talk with Natalie Demos of Rockford, who currently holds the title of Miss Macomb and will be competing in the Miss Illinois pageant in June.

Natalie came to the Capitol in Springfield to talk with state lawmakers and advocate for her social impact initiative “Let’s Talk About It: Normalizing the Discussion of Mental Health!” What an impressive young woman!
